Long vatting with many pumping over and rack and return operations for a better colour and tannins extraction (4-6 weeks). Blending after malolactic fermentation, partly aged in oak barrels and stainless steel tank.
Our Châteauneuf du Pape resulting from low-yielding vineyards, beautiful purple red colour, is a powerful wine and generous fine and melted tannins, exhaling aromas of red fruit, elderberry and spice with light wood. Ideal companion to red meat, game and cheese with character. Ready to drink within the first 3 or 4 years, it can be stored for 8 to 10 years. Advised tasting temperature between 18 and 20°C.
